Costco ESS Login as a Current Employee

To manage your employee’s information online you must first have an online account to access the Costco ESS Login portal, If you are a new employee and don’t have an online account you can create one with ease. To create an Online Account, click on the “New Employees: Register here” link under the Ess portal.

Costco ESS Login For Current Employees

1: Visit the Login Page: Navigate to the Costco Employee Website (https://www.costco.com/employee-website.html) or go directly to the Costco ESS login page via the provided link by your HR department.

After the webpage opens up, you will see a tab featuring “current employee login” Click on this tab or just copy https://login.costco.com/idp/SSO.saml2 into your browser.

2: Enter Your Login Credentials: Use your Costco employee ID and the password you set up for the ESS portal. If it’s your first time logging in, you may need to set a password or use a temporary one provided by Costco.

3: Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled): For added security, Costco may require you to verify your identity through two-factor authentication, which could involve a security code sent to your email or phone.

4: Access Your Account: Once logged in, you will have access to your employee dashboard, where you can manage the various tasks outlined above.

Costco ESS Login as a Former Employee

The term former employees means having retired from their services at Costco. These employees are not currently active. These employees can access their accounts through the Costco Employee Log-In main webpage. In addition, former employees can access their payroll, W2 forms, pay stubs, and benefits.

  • First, go to the Costco employee login main website
  • Now click on the “Former employee login” tab or just copy https://ess.costco.com into your browser.
  • Doing this will lead you to the former employee’s login page
  • Enter the details, including username and password, on this page
  • When you have entered the particulars successfully, click on the “sign in” tab

Attention to Former Employees: To access ESS, former employees (alumni) must re-register for a MyCostco Account. Former employees have access to ESS for 25 months after the separation date.

Trouble Signing In?

Since your Costco ESS account contains confidential financial information, you must keep your login credentials safe. Please do not give it to other people, as it compromises the safety of your account.
