To Retrieve Your Username/Reset Your Password for Costco Employees, Vendors and Suppliers and Costco Alumni;

• Visit the Costco employee site at www.costco.com/employee-website.html.
• Select the “Login Issues: Retrieve Username | Reset Your Password” option or copy https://mycostcoaccount.costco.com/retrieve into your browser.
• The user will then be directed to a new page.
• Choose between
  • Costco Employees – Retrieve Your Username/Reset Your Password
  • Costco Alumni – Retrieve Your Username/Reset Your Password
  • Vendors and Suppliers – Reset Password
• Now you must select your country and enter the employee ID. The unique employee number is displayed on your pay stub or timecard. See your payroll clerk if you need assistance.
  Click then on” Continue” “Continue” button.
• It will be able to ask security questions and provide additional information.
• Complete all the required information and follow the directions to access your account.
